Flourless, Protein, Peanut Butter, Banana and Chocolate Chip Muffins

It’s a mouthful of a title but I’ve been making these muffins for a few months now and they hit the spot every time. They are gluten free and taste like a Reese’s cup. No added sugar, no crazy chemicals just some delicious, protein packed muffins. Enjoy!




-1 scoop of vanilla plant based protein (chocolate is also very good)

-1 egg

-2 very ripe bananas

-1 cup of nut butter of choice (I used PB)

-1 tsp baking soda

-1 tps baking powder

-1 “squeeze of honey”, i just squeze a little bit

-1 tsp vanilla

-1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips

mix it all up, put in the oven @ 400 for 10-12 minutes or until the tooth pick test is passed
